No, you don't need to have an existing account. You can create one on the spot, once you've clicked on ORDER NOW, you will see the registration page.

Alternatively, you can sign up by clicking the profile icon on the top right corner.

Please note that this DialaCoke KE Promoflo Shop Community is open to anyone living in Kenya over the age of 13.

Shopping on DialaCoke KE Promoflo Shop is easy! Once you have found the products you want to buy, just follow the steps below: 

  1.  Click on Order Now and add products to your cart. Please note your order value has to be KES500 or more to qualify for delivery.
  2. Register/Login into your account by entering your mobile number.
  3. Update and Confirm your Order, by providing the OTP (One Time PIN) received via sms.
  4. Confirm the delivery date. Orders placed before 4 pm will be scheduled for same-day delivery, orders received after will be delivered on the next day or on a date in the following 7 days period you specify. 
  5. Confirm your delivery address information. You should allow location access on your mobile phone, to find your location, and specify the exact address and special instructions to reach you.

    Please note, we will deliver your Coke nationally through participating distributors. However, some areas do not have distributors and other areas fall within areas which we cannot service.

    If your location falls outside our service areas, we will let you know before confirming your order, or our customer care team will be in touch to make arrangements.

  6. A payment request for the order value will be sent to your Mobile Phone through M-PESA with Nairobi Bottlers Limited’s Paybill number.  Please make a payment in the Order Amount and specify the Order Ref in the field.
  7. Once your Order is placed and we have received your payment to the Nairobi Bottlers Limited Paybill account we will schedule your order for delivery. 
  8. We will send you an Order Confirmation SMS and email with confirmation of all the details. Please click on the link to confirm your order and delivery details or let us know if there are any issues.
  9. A standard convenience fee of KES200 will apply per order. This is a flat fee across all deliveries

  • You can browse back to DialaCoke.com and view your orders on your orders tab.
  • Your last open order will still be saved and you can edit it.
  • You can also view the order details of any confirmed orders, that are in process where we are waiting on payment, or which are scheduled for delivery.
  • You can change or cancel orders for which you have not paid yet.
  • If you have any queries with respect to those orders you, can log them on the system, or contact the call centre and quote your mobile number and Order Ref.

  • Under normal circumstances, you cannot return your order, or the product received. However, if you have an issue or complaint.

  • There are no hidden charges when you order from Coke Supply Drop. The price displayed is inclusive of VAT for orders over KES500 in value.
  • The only additional charges that may apply are transaction charges from your mPesa account and convenience fee.

  • Orders placed before 4 pm will be same-day delivery, orders received after will be delivered on the next day.
  • You can specify a delivery day  of your choice in the 7 day period after the order is placed.
  • We will let you know if we are not able to make the delivery on the day promised as soon as possible.
  • Please note any special instructions with respect to your address or delivery in the field provided when placing the order.

  • No deliveries made on Sundays.
